My Garden (tsal) of Thoughts (sampa) | Ramon’s Notes and Reflections”.
With so much AI I feel the need to start writing unassisted, compiling notes to form a personal knowledge management system. After reading about the slip-box method I started writing down some notes — following the method in a very loose and lax way. Some of those notes I select them and publish them so I can easily send links to friends and family.
Among those notes they can be:
- Notes taken at talks and conferences
- Class notes (e.g. Tibetan language and learner mistakes made along the path)
- Dharma talks and concepts
- Psychology-related topics
- Reflections on those notes or other material
- Projects, teaching material, ideas that worked
- Workflows or productivity tricks
- Local information of places or people
- Creativity: drawings, calligraphy, etc.
Links
Referencing a note from within a note produces a link. Those can be viewed at the bottom of the note in form of a list Backlinks or in the little Graph view at the bottom.
How to navigate:
- Use the Explorer left sidebar
- Use the search bar and start typing a word
- By using the node graph
- By clicking tags
Where to start?
At the moment I am putting most of my effort on Tibetan Language Diary, tibetan-language and English Beginner Classes (ESL resources and games for children).
Other tags: tibetan tibetan-language esl prayer
Disclaimer
These pages are notes selected from my personal notebook. This means rigorous writing is not to be expected at all; let alone academic-level prose. Sources are usually provided, check those.
