- ཚུག་རིང་། (long form, slow calligraphy)
- ཚུག་ཐུང་། (short form, suitable for handwriting)
- འཁྱུག་ཡིག (fast letters, punctuation blends)

For Sanskrit mantras very often the Ranjana Script (Lantsa) is used.
